Christina Rivera

Christina Rivera, originally from Ocean, NJ, is excited to participate in the 2011 Sugar Creek Symphony & Song Festival Apprentice Program. Most recently she sang in Arizona Opera’s Study-Cover program, and graduated from Arizona State University’s Master’s program in Opera. Other roles performed include Gretel in Hansel and Gretel, the title role in Händel’s Alcina, Mabel in The Pirates of Penzance, Laetitia in The Old Maid and the Thief, Anne Egerman in A Little Night Music, and Suor Genovieffa in Suor Angelica. She currently studies with Carole FitzPatrick. She wishes to thank Ms. Helen Todd, her friends, and her family.
